We currently ship to all lower 48 US states (Domestic address and PO Boxes) with 3-day FedEx shipping. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, we can only provide standard shipping service with 3 to 5 business days with USPS.

All our products are shipped within 1 business day via FedEx 2-day service for orders of 38.00 USD and above. All other orders under 38.00 USD will be charged 12.00 USD @ check out for 2-days FedEx shipping.

All order placed in the weekend will process on Mondays. Order conformation and tracking numbers are sent via email.

The buyer does not have the right to resell our products without prior authorization and consent from us on any online platform or retail store. Our wholesale website is where wholesale buyer will sign up and get authorization from us for resell. Wholesale buyers must first notify us of their intent to sell on an online platform or retail location.

We only use Platinum-Catalyzed Addition Curing Silicone. This is the highest standard of silicone on the market.

We only accept return purchased from our website within 30 days for shipping or manufacture defects.

All returns must not be used or tested with any food or liquids. All returns must have proof of purchase and original box in good condition. Please email us prior to any return to INFO@ITPCINC.COM.

The buyer pays for shipping returns. We are not responsible for missing shipment from the buyer to us.

If you purchased your product from Amazon, Walmart or one of our retail partners you must go through them for returns.
