Shipping Information

We ship all orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

๐Ÿšš Free Shipping Orders over $40 ship free. Below that, standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your location.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, but please read these conditions carefully before returning anything:

What CAN Be Returned

  • Products that are completely unused
  • Products in their original shipping package
  • Products with all original tags, labels, and accessories included

What CANNOT Be Returned

We are unable to refund any products that have been used, including:

  • Silicone bags that have been used, washed, or had food in them
  • Shower filters that have been installed or had water run through them
  • Cups that have been used or washed
  • Any product where the packaging has been damaged or discarded
โš ๏ธ Why We Cannot Refund Used Items We're sorry โ€” but please understand that we cannot resell used returns, and we must dispose of them. This results in additional cost for us. To keep our prices fair for all customers, we can only accept unused returns in original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Important: You must email us BEFORE returning any product. Returns sent without prior notification may not be processed.

To start a return:

  • Email us first through our Contact page with your order number
  • Tell us the reason for your return
  • We'll review and reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  • Once approved, ship the unused product back in its original packaging
  • Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (unused, in original packaging) and place a new order separately.
